Who I am

This website is run by Emily Grace Hairdressing. If you have any questions about how your information is used, emailhello@emilygracehairdressing.co.uk.

What I collect

If you use the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the service you're interested in and your message.

Why I use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and arrange appointments. I won't add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone else for marketing.

Who else handles it

Form messages are passed to me byWeb3Forms, a form-handling service, which emails them to me. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs to keep the site secure. Links to Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies or tracking.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry messages for up to 12 months unless you become a client, and then only as long as needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by emailing the address above. If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
